Wellness Meadow Studio
Very grateful to Laima for a wonderful conscious breath session and a much-needed emotional release. This experience has taught me how much we hold onto that is unnecessary and tiring. However, using the breath, I could feel the heaviness move through slowly trusting body’s wisdom to let go of what no longer serves when it felt safe to.

I would definitely recommend to spend a relaxing and healing time at Lama's studio. Beautiful environment and treating hands create magic and let my body and soul to enjoy and take it all. Very high level of professionally and very friendly approach. Will definitely be coming back.
