Ramsey's has made me fall in love with exercise again, the entire team are unbelievably kind, helpful and supporting in pushing you to unlock limits that you didn't even know you had. I love feeling like I've achieved a huge amount in quick 45 minute class + the flood of endorphins help set up my day. If you haven't been try it out, you won't regret it. All abilities in every class, so not intimidating at all.

Absolute quality all round. If you have ever thought about starting a group class this is the place to do it. The instructors are passionate, professional and all round fantastic motivators, who are able to push you individually in a group environment. Well priced with brilliant equipment and lovely community atmosphere to train in.

Best gym around! Friendly, profesional and motivational making you achieve maximum results. All members of staff and clients make you feel welcome from the second you arrive. Fast pace, high energy classes with the ability to motivate individually whilst training in a group environment. Highly recommend to everyone!

A fantastic welcoming gym run by an incredibly knowledgeable team who do everything to make you feel comfortable no matter what your experience or fitness goals are. I would 100% recommend Ramsays to anyone!

You won't find a better place to get super fit, make friends, and have fun at the same time. The most friendly, knowledgeable, and motivational guys you're ever likely to meet. I wish I still had my job in Nuneaton, Circuit training has not been the same, and I miss your positive vibes and energy. Keep up the great work.
