We had a very positive experience.After not needing much convincing from my friend, we decided to buy a Mercedes from the approved dealer in Shrewsbury.Our journey led us to meet Nick Parr, who proved to be exceptionally professional and polite in his approach. He walked us through all the available options, patiently answering all our questions without rushing throughout the entire process.We were consistently kept up to date with every step, and the whole experience went remarkably smooth and surprisingly quick.All in all, we felt an overwhelming sense of welcome throughout our time at the dealership.p.s. Both the interior and exterior of our new (4 year old car) is in immaculate condition.

From beginning to end this whole buying a car experience was made perfect by Louis and his attentiveness and expertise in selling us this car. From a late afternoon email sent on a Saturday evening because I presumed the dealership to be closing but Louis called me straight back and the next day we were buying it. Whilst I know we have the back up of the dealership, Louis really personalised his support during the whole sales process but also the offer with any aftercare questions going forward. Bearing in mind Shrewsbury is nearly two hours away from us, I would have no hesitation in buying my next Mercedes there because of the dealership but especial because of Louis.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Geoff Wright. He is a very good advisor, he knows how to recognize the client's needs and gives good advice. Working with Geoff is a pure pleasure. We highly recommend it.

Bought my first car today and it was the best experience I've had. From start to end, I have to thank Mitch for everything. This is my first ever review but not my first purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury. Never had a bad experience be it during the purchasing or the aftercare. Recently took my Mercedes AMG GTs in for a service and a health check as I was taking it across Europe, I experienced an exceptionally high level of customer support and assistance with an issue I with the car. Exceptional service levels from Michael Davies, service team manager who sorted everything out for me and I must say thank you to Julian the technician that worked on my car also, his exceptionally high knowledge level found and sorted the issue in no time.I now have both my Mercedes AMG’s on a service contract with Mercedes and know when and if needed I am in safe hands. We recently took delivery of our new GLC having first ordered in January 2022! Our sales rep Louis Gale has been fantastic throughout and our journey has not been easy with our order being cancelled and delayed for various reasons. Louis has always been proactive with communication giving us regular updates even when he doesn't have any news, and has not shied away from telling us bad news either. Louis has always been proactive at offering us any suitable alternatives when our order has been delayed also. We are very happy with the car and Louis has again exceeded any expectations with giving us a thorough handover of our car pointing out different features from our previous vehicle. His product knowledge is second to none and Louis has been a pleasure to deal with.
