Wow! I certainly struck gold finding Robert & Emily. We were getting more and more dissatisfied with vet practices that provided a sub standard service and charged over the odds. What a massive difference to have a professional, knowledgeable vet, and a professional very, very, caring nurse turn up at the house in a well equipped vehicle instead. I was also pleasantly surprised that our dog Taffy had his annual check up and vaccinations and the bill was less than i was paying. The real benefit though came when Robert checked our cat Tinky and found a dental problem and infection! OMG! It was Friday afternoon and i couldn't bear the thought of my boy in pain.No need to worry, Robert and Emily turned up again Sunday morning and did the scale, polish and extractions there and then, with the added bonus that Tinky woke up from the anaesthetic in his own home. Where else could you get that kind of caring service, and once again a very reasonable bill that was definitely less than the vet we were using would have charged. You probably have guessed already that i cannot thank and recommend these guys highly enough. ❤️

Moved to mobile vets Scotland a few months back and would highly recommend. Robert did surgery on my old dogs foot to remove a growth and his skills are so neat you would never know! He also seems to be getting his diabetes under control which my previous vet wasn't doing. My dog is so much less stressed with home visits as he used to get so worked up going to the vets.

MVS were great with my nervous cat, came to the house, picked up on dental issues my previous vet missed even when she was in their surgery room having a dental under anaesthesia! Were understanding and knowledgeable, Friendly, patient and efficient, my cat showed real concerning signs of stress after the last visit to my previous vet, with MVS she was able to have another dental (at their surgery) to address the issues and was able to finish her recovery at home which was much less stressful for her, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Rob and Emily provide a comprehensive service, both in terms of advice and treatment. You can trust that they won't be recommending your animal for treatments or tests that won't help, but will move heaven and earth to get it what will help. We've driven our cats to them for treatment, and had them come to our cats at other times. Very helpful, friendly, professional.

Since we had both become more limited physically with our disabilities,we had been worrying for ages about what we were going to do for veterinary care for our 2 Birmans as getting to our vet had become pretty impossible. We were pointed in the direction of Mobile Vet Scotland Ltd and after contacting the wonderfulVet Nurse Practitioner Emily we started the ball rolling to transfer the care from our old vet.The documentation we had to fill in was straightforward but comprehensive and that was comforting as was dealing with Emily who made all our worries about moving to a new vet just disappear. The next week Robert and Emily both came for the first appointment and everything was slick and smooth and both put us immediately at ease. As they did with the girls. Even the more skittish of the two wasn’t nearly as bad as usual. One of the girls needed a dental and she was gone for the minimal of time and her recovery was so fast.I can’t thank Robert and Emily enough and both my husband and I are delighted that Mobile Vet Scotland have taken over the care of our precious cats. I would recommend anyone to move to Mobile Vet Scotland for the care of their animals. They both are very knowledgeable and incredibly personable which goes a long way to keep owners comfortable and content with the care of their pets. I definitely have no hesitation in having Emily and Robert as our permanent vet practice.Their love for animals shines through. They’ve are good people.

Mobile Vet Scotland I highly recommend. Coming to your home to care for your pets that you love so much feels like luxury service. Total focus on pet care for their needs is so straight forward, done and dusted with gentle care you hardly notice Emily and Robert in the room. There is no pressure.Robert and Emily really are providing 'the good old Vet days.' Good old days that were not so long ago when you went to your Vet said, this is the problem, pet needs this or that and in front of your eyes you watch professionalism at it's best. Job Done.Job done for your pet's needs and that is all. Perfect. This morning was the 2nd time I have had Robert and Emily visit. The first time went well after we located baby kitten Zaid after he bolted lol. He got his first jab, wormed etc then popped off to play. He will never know journey to a Vet, examination in strange environment with strangers, different people. He will only know 'Doctors visit the home.' Doctors named Robert and Emily. This morning my getting on in years Frida cat had her first experience with Robert and Emily. She was scared as she only loves her mum but once settled Robert took no time to find her problem and affordable meds prescribed.Baby kitten Zaid after a search as he is black as soot so can hide easily got 2nd jab. Thank goodness Zaid was not hiding in the fridge! Then he went off to do what he wanted in his home where he feels safe. (To me the owner, get your babies in their boxes before Vets come)I dare not tell Zaid, jewels off next time but he will be in great hands and can recover in home right away when the great deed needs to be done so no extra stress for him.Photos - Zaid in the fridge as you do lol. Frida deciding I was her moving target to be hunted in the snow for bringing baby Zaid into the home lol. they do get on great though.

I have been working with Rob and Emily as my veterinary dream-team for well over a decade, and cannot fault the care they have provided my cats throughout that time. Whether it's dealing with day-to-day needs like vaccinations, responding to the urgency of an injury or helping ease elderly cats through end-of-life care, they consistently handle the cats with care and consideration, are clear in explaining options and are supportive about decision-making processes.I appreciate Rob's honest assessment of cases and thorough explanations in all diagnostic situations, including when he's had to go away and do additional research to find the best approach. In my experience, his surgical skills are second-to-none and there is nobody I'd trust more with the lives of my cats and kittens. Emily gives a level of care that goes above-and-beyond the norm and I know that I can always trust her to do the utmost to keep my animals comfortable and give them the best chance of recovery. In addition to the skill within the internal team, the external experts that Rob and Emily work with, when required, are also excellent: whether you're needing lab tests, an MRI scan, an ECG, advice about a rare gut complication, or something else, they will always bring in people who operate at the absolute top of their field. In case it isn't already obvious, I cannot recommend this veterinary team highly enough.

Where to being? We have an 18 stone dog who refuses to get in a car. Unfortunately he was taking seizures for a year. We tried, begged even our vet to home visit but it was not happening. 1 phone and two days later Mobile vet showed up. Our dog doesn’t like strangers yet he allowed both vets to shave his leg and take bloods. They are very kind people with the animals at the front of their thoughts. After a year of heartache watching my dog take seizures. They have gone so far and we are unbelievably grateful for a vet to home visit. I honestly cannot put into words how highly in my estimation these vets are. You can see his progress online search of Shaolin Tibetan Mastiff. We have our big 18 stone puppy back!!!
