Visited here looking for a Nissan Ariya. Very uncomfortable experience where I was initially told I couldn’t test drive until I’d obtained finance quotes and after I’d had to sign up for a ridiculous excess to drive the car was treated like and idiot that had never had finance before. Hiding costs of your various upsells and only giving a headline monthly figure then refusing to print off quotes as “we don’t do this” seems like you’re trying to hide the true cost from customers. Hopefully anyone signing up to buy from you will see exactly what they are signing up for. Disappointing as when I previously owned a Nissan the service team here were quite good.

Great service.Bought a vehicle to order and was kept informed every week on its status. Alec was great. When picking up the vehicle, my car broke down 20 miles from place and Alec went above and beyond and came to pick up the family to take them to show room whilst I got my car towed. Thank you

I dropped in on the off-chance that the dealership had what I was looking for and was brilliantly assisted by Mel, one of the sales team. Mel's knowledge about the car that I was interested in was superb, she was able to answer all of my questions with ease. She then arranged a test drive with no fuss and I was able to satisfy myself that I was making the right choice. At no time did I feel pressurised or being pushed into products that I didn't want, she simply explained calmly what was available so that I could make the choices.
