Do not get your ears pierced here. I had mine done & within days they got infected which meant I had to take antibiotics for a week. Had numerous piercings before at other places & this has never happened to me. Avoid at all costs, it’s not worth it!

Excellent prices. Bought a few pair of earrings and some rings, just hoping they don't make me go green. I asked for a paper receipt and they told me the machine was broken but could email me a receipt. Even after spelling out my email for them I never received anything, so I don't know what it would be like if I needed to return anything.

Absolutely shocked and horrified today when I went into Louisa in Manchester to find an Asian woman in her 20's taking out earrings from their packet and trying them on 'in her pierced ears' in front of the mirror. I have known since I were a child that you can catch all sorts of diseases by wearing earrings that have been worn by another person, including HIV. Even worse, she may have been naive (despite her being in her 20's) but she was accompanied by her mother who was watching her putting them in! I complained to the Asian lady behind the till and was just as shocked to find that this lady went up to this woman and her mum and said 'Can I have the ones you tried on and you don't want? If you try any more on can you hand them over to me?!' Instead of saying she cannot try 'earrings for pierced ears on' and perhaps educating her on the reasons 'why?' I suspect the sales advisor will just put them back on the shelf and sell them despite someone having already worn them. You have lost a long standing customer...

Would not reccomend at all. ive had my ears pierced twice before and got my thirds done here after i got my gcse results. that was 6 weeks ago. the piercings still get extremely sore and infected despite cleaning and there is hard lumps where the piercing is. i just tried to take it out to clean it and while trying to put it back in, it continuously bled and is extremely sore due to being pierced wonky. save your money and do not get your ears pierced here
