The Range
I visited the store today to purchase a dehumidifier for Winter. I looked for them myself but only found the little ones. I went to customer service were I asked whether they had any more in stock. The woman on customer service responded with Yes but they're about 300 quid" with the straightest face. Not once did I mention my price range and can only imagine she was judging me. I asked about the ones online for £100 and she said rudely "they're to be ordered online" to which I responded that I didn't know. I'd have probably purchased a 300 one for convenience of being in the store but I felt so off putted. Thanks to Screw Fix I now have one. Bad bad bad customer service."

The Range
When ever I go here I am overwhelmed by the poor attention to pricing. Goods on shelves are in a state of general disarray and agacent to wrong pricing tickets. While there us a good selection of items which I regularly purchase I think a bit more attention to detail would go along way to andante customer experience

The Range
Ordered a six mirrored drawer chest and when it was delivered and opened afterwards the glass was broken and shattered. I contacted The Range Wigan (which took an eternity to get an answer) and was given a number to contact for collection and redelivery of a replacement. I sent my details and a photo of the damaged item and I'm still waiting for a response from them. Happy to take my money but not as quick to respond to my complaint and offer me a replacement. Not happy with them.

Girl Ray in cafe is a delight. It's very scarcely filled as small cafe seems to get small supplies but if its in she's delivering it with a smile still dreaming about those smooth jackets with cheese n beans heaven

Nice large store with plenty of stock. Visited on a Sunday morning. Wasn't too busy. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly. Easy to find what we wanted. There is a cafe on site but can't comment on it as we didn't try it.

There are many high-quality household materials available at The Range in Wigan. The store offers good customer service, a large parking lot, and an entrance that is accessible to wheelchairs.

This store has a FANTASTIC stationery department. Catering for all needs. From professionals to simply doodling for the casual user.Also the bedding section offering some nice discounts.Would definitely recommend.

Very hot, unbearable to shop upstairs because the temperature is so hot. I guarantee, if you lower your heat, your customers will shop longer and buy more. We had to leave prior to finding what we went there to purchase because of the temperature in the store. They have amazing products, especially their Christmas products. We really wish we could have bought some. As with past visits, the staff is sparse, and absolutely nobody was on the till.

The staff here are lovely but the lady who appears to be a managing or supervising seems like she needs to take a break. Talking like trash to staff below her is wrong period. ESPECIALLY in front of customers. Telling them to get of the tills and find something better to do. Surely you can speak to people more professionally. Whatever role you have there, you don't own people and you're not allowed to disrespect staff. I think you need a holiday.
