Absolutely mint went to every extent to help in a fast manner and spared no expense when informing me if industry best practices and diy tips. Needed thermal paste and no other IT company would sell me any.. “we don’t have any” is a typical response…. Question is how are you repairing pcs without paste?! This fella pointed me in the direction of some quality paste and even offered advice on applicationDefinitely recommend to anyone that needs anything for their pc.BRILLIANT!!

Had some issues with a PlayStation 5 turning off randomly, gave him a ring and he explained the issue in a easy to follow way. Was very quick in his work and very reasonably priced. Will certainly be using his services when needed again.

What a place! Had an issue with my laptop and searched for a good place to get it fixed, I glad I found GTEK! Information I was given was amazing, very professional work at such a good price, I now have a fully working laptop that is performing better than ever thank to GTEK! Called about iPhone charging port replacement but was told there’s no need to spend money on that, it’s nearly always just dirt. Well I couldn’t see any and I tried cleaning it with no success. What do I know! Leave it to the experts. Amazing service and for £25 works perfectly after a professional clean. Outstanding service! Would thoroughly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fixed charging port not working on Samsung phone within couple of hrs. Very friendly, helpful advice and communication good throughout. Definitely recommend and will use again.
