This place was soooo helpful.I needed to find a good costume idea for a party that evening (the theme was elements of the periodic table), and the lady was so generous with her time and went through all the elements with me and I ended up with a clear idea of what I was going to be. She was invested in what I would wear and so kind with it all. Definitely will recommend to other people! :)

Unfortunately almost half of the balloons were bad and the price is not small to experience something like that. Sad that I thought I’d buy good quality ones instead of Amazon ones as I usually do and they were terrible. Very disappointed, ended up having to use old spare ones that I had from previous birthdays as the amount of good ones from this shop was not enough, I also had to be extremely careful while blowing them up as they would pop so easily.

This place is disgraceful with really rude arrogant unhelpful staff, very negative attitude and sympathy low quality goods dirty shop. I sincerely hope it closes down. Worst experience

These prices are literally pure disrespect. For what they offering and advertising and never got available, with miserable faces behind the tills, they are pretty dare to charge what they charge.

So HAPPY with service!!! I needed balloons for last minute so I called them yesterday what I wanted and they told me the price, paid over the phone and got them delivered this morning by 11am. Saved me! I've actually never been to the store but website had everything. Thank you!

Great if you need some helium balloons, great selection of colours and printed picture balloons. Price seemed reasonable for the number I bought and the staff filled the balloons and put ribbons on them to match each colour. Very happy and will come back next birthday
