I buy my Levi's 32/32 from here Everytime. Always have for... 14 + yearsI know they are not knock-offs.Also, for a high Street shop, good deals can also be found. You see before you buy.I like it!

Quite good selection of goods but overall atmosphere mirrors the poor performance of the company. Debenhams used to be a fantastic place to shop but it has lost it's way. Toilets, cafe and good access. Good luck for the future.

Can't use click and collect here, only a small store with a tiny range. No XL long size trousers for a 6' 5 tall customer stocked at all so have to buy online but can't get delivered for free to the store. Not many staff on hand I don't think there's anything they're doing right compared to the 'better' Debenhams stores. Id like to be positive but that's really difficult for this store. At least the staff I did find did there best with a smile."

I just popped in for a breakfast on the 18:11:2019 and I am sorry to say that the bacon was very hard could not eat it eggs also well done and sausages.Pot of tea was not really hot my friend who joined me said,take it back but I don't like to complain. It's the first time I have ever had a bad breakfast.

Really disappointed in the cafeteria, it's a set menu day after day and the staff are not allowed to tell you if the tomato soup is gluten free. Instead you are referred to a long and complicated reference manual and find out for yourself, and you go back to the end of the queue unless there are kind and patient people waiting behind you.

Like all Debenhams department stores, the signs of underfunding are showing. Looks and feels shabby. Some lovely kids clothes and good sales don't make up for the generally overpriced goods. You really can get the same things elsewhere for less, sometimes just a few minutes away in another shop.

Small men’s department. Never have sizes of 36L for men’s jeans or trousers. They always tell you they can order it online for you - what’s the point in having a shop?! I can do that from home if I wanted to wait! And NO - I don’t want a feckin Debenhams card and I don’t care if it gives me extra off! NO!

Debenhams stocks a great variety of items. All set out well and easily accessible. Household items, clothes, make up, perfumes and aftershaves. The cafe upstairs is good too, a bit pricey but its good food.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a very good range of products available. Access to upper floors is via elevator, stairs or escalator ( there are no downward escalators). Product wise it is usually well stocked and often a few good bargains can be had. The upper restaurant is about average for price and some good meal choices are available. Like many stores these days it is showing its age and is in need of a makeover, but apart from that it is a nice friendly store to shop in

Left my mobile on the table in the restaurant. Staff were very helpful and had already taken it down to a management office. They immediately rushed upstairs with it to us.Very competent, friendly and helpful staff.Full marks, Debenhams.I am a Gold Card holder and have been for many years.Thank you.Evelyn Roberts
