Remus Management

Really there should be 0 stars,No accountability, no answers to questions, unlawful late payments charges,Payments are made in advance for management fees,A) how do you chage a late fee for work not done yet???B) £42 charge on a £115 bill, the law states a maximum of £40 on bills up to £999. So basically you operate outside the law then.

Quite simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. How are they still in business?!Slow, rude, incompetent, uncompassionate...…. the list goes on.Charging an estate service charge of £118 a year in advance and then not actually doing anything. On top of that charging an admin fee of £40 for sending out an additional letter!?If anyone had an option to not use them they would soon be out of business.

Remus Mismanagement Ltd!!! Keep sending me letters saying I owe them management fees. I send them screenshots of bank payments! They acknowledge payment made but say I still owe them a previous payment of a different amount - how strange!!! I send them another screenshot of a bank transfer for this amount. They ignore this and continue sending me letters for the first amount - with more and more fees added on!! Don’t they realise they have already acknowledged payment of this?? Now getting pre-litigation letters!!! Idiots - crooks - this is abusive behavior- maybe they get some people to pay by totally confusing them and making them doubt themselves - what a sad place to be in to have to resort to this as a ‘business’ model. As said — IDIOTS!

Shame I can't leave zero stars. This company is a joke. They don't respond to queries, still demand payment even though they do little to nothing of what they are supposed to do. As I understand it goods and servicing the UK have to be of satisfactory quality. The service offered by Remus is certainly not. Yet they threaten you for non payment? Lol. How about Remus non delivery if the service they are legally contacted to provide? It works both ways surely? The manager of our development is beyond useless and constantly blames lack of staff etc. Painted visitors spaces incorrectly on the roads. Stopped tending to the verges near to my property, which they are contracted to tend to, yet continued to tend to other areas of grass in the development. When queried they get all threatening about what I legally. Bound to pay. How about you deliver a satisfactory service???? I would love to hear from anyone who has challenged thowns legally, as I am getting close to this.threatening me despite having paid every other year, yet this year I query the lack of their seevice and they get shirty. Yoedy they are.u can't make this stuff up. Pure comedy

As per everyone else…. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!!Don’t do half of the work they’re supposed too, never did any work during covid lock down yet still demand their money, they are now threatening us with debt collection (who also ignore emails and calls) even though we have been paying monthly to Remus!! Never respond to any emails, hang up the phone on us, and are simply useless!! This company should not be allowed to run!! If I could post 0 stars I would!!!!!

Charging the vendor extortionate managing fees but not delivering documents promptly. Even the house we are trying to buy is freehold it's on a estate management by thks company. Our house purchase is delayed, we are 14 weeks in the process and still waiting for replies to my soicitor's enquires from this company. We are close to breaking down after all the time and money we have spent because of this slow and pathetic Remus's delay. Vendor and us the buyer facing very difficult times because of this incapable company. If I call them the can't deal with me only the vendor they would deal with. Seriously just get someone to go through the enquiries and answer them. Shouldn't take long that 10 minutes. That's what you get paid for not to mention you charged the vendor extra for this service to sell the house.

Honestly, never dealt with anyone quite like Remus management before. Getting them to pay or fix a property issue is like trying to draw blood out of a stone - they will never accept it's a fault on their own terms.To give you one example...two tiles got blown off my roof in a storm and instead of replacing the tiles with new ones, cowboy's came round and removed two from the communal garage and put them on the roof. Now I'm missing two tiles from the garage roof! Unbelievable.Almost want to make me move.

If I could give 0 stars I would, shocking company and not sure how they are still operating or the staff sleep at night. Don't get back to you when promised, no follow up calls to ensure issues are rectified. Single points of contact with no ownership of any contact made or SLA to get back to you. If that person is unavailable then you simply have to wait for them to have their bi-weekly office day and even then hit and miss if you receive a call back or email.I have had the same roof leak occur three times since living in my flat now, Remus would much rather put a plaster over the problem to find a fix than come up with a permanent long term solution. Latest I have been told is my roof leak can't be repaired due to costs...what's the point in NHBC or buildings insurance then?!

Horrendous company. No replies!! Even had to do my own communal gardening. ! Disgusting company. Don’t touch them!! We are trying to sack them !

They have totally messed up my payments and are completely incompetent and try speaking to someone who can deal with the issue! Imbeciles
