Fiona was very friendly and helpful. She put me at ease and was very knowledgeable when it came to helping me choose my new hair style. The finished cut is perfect and I am very happy with it. I will definitely get my hair cut here again.

My two girls (aged 16 and 14) had their hair cut and finished. They both have really long hair and Chloe made a really good job of it, they are both really pleased and very much enjoyed the experience. That was a lot of hair to deal with on a Friday afternoon Chloe, well done.

I always have such a wonderful experience with Cara at WestOne. First class service and I always leave feeling so happy with the way my hair looks and feels. Always nice to have a good chat too, I already can't wait for my next appointment :)

The staff look after you through every step of the hair experience. Went from long hair to short hair and was talked through it expertly. Had all the uneven colour taken out and was quite nervous as I was having it done for my sons wedding. Needn't have worried. Looked amazing. Went back on the morning and had it washed and curled which lasted all day. Maybe a little on the pricey side but I did have alot done. Next time it will be cheaper as I had it all done in one £182 for wash,cut, highlighting and toner. But you get what you pay for. Wedding morning wash, blow dry and curl £32. I was really pleased and got alot of compliments at the wedding

Always a pleasure seeing Kerry and having my hair done. The colours were fab along with a lovely cut and blow dry. Went out of the saloon feeling fabulous! Have a wonderful. Christmas Kerry and the team at West One West End!

I'm very satisfied with my experience here. Louise was my hairdresser and she was wonderful. I went in with a very vague idea of what I wanted and she very skilfully went on from there.My hair is curly (I guess 2C/3A) and due to a mix of very little haircare and the long length I had, the curl had been quite damaged. I am happy to say it's now recovering! She also gave me really good advice re/ haircare. I will definitely be back when I need the next haircut.
