Came across Phoneix Cycles and Nathan by chance. I had punctured my tyre just outside his place. Popped in. Got it sorted. Lots of insightful chat. A genuine passion for cycling and plenty of experience and skills to boot. I have decided to come to Nathan for all my cycling related needs. Thank you Nathan.

Have used Phoenix Cycles a number of times and will never look anywhere else. Nathan is great; extremely personable, knowledgeable and has always turned around work quickly for very exceptionally reasonable prices.First stumbled across Phoenix Cycles while out on a ride on a Sunday and my friends gears failed - Nathan got it fixed there and then, allowing us to continue on our ride. Always received a flawless service ever since.

Nathan is great! I was looking for a first bike and he handled the whole process for me really well. He found me a decent bike and fixed it up for me! I was really happy with the service, super friendly and very welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone with bike related needs.

Phoenix cycles provides an excellent, value for money service. The communication and arrangements to service my bike were swift and efficient. Being new to the area, Nathan was more than happy to share his local knowledge and expertise, which included a free lesson on how to deal with a puncture! His passion for cycling is infectious and he goes above and beyond to ensure that both your bike (and you) are ready to hit the road.

Had the unexpected pleasure of meeting an old school friend when I needed some work done on my partners mountain bike.Nathan did a great job and was extremely knowledgeable on all techy bike things. Will be sure to use again and great to catch up with him.

Phoenix cycles have been a saving grace for me! Very good communication, and very fast response time when I have a problem with my bike, and when it can be looked at. With competitive prices and always a friendly face with a personal touch. I can't recommend Phoenix cycles more highly!
