LuMac Canopies

I was pleased with the first carport from Lumac. The design, quality and ease of installation was really good.The second one I ordered was delivered damaged (9 items) and this was underneath all the packaging securely in place. I was 3 weeks late reporting this because of Covid 19 delays and ended up with a very disappointing outcome both from Lumac and Tufnells the delivery company. Unhelpful!!!The delivery driver reversed into my customers property and went away without shame or blame.Check? Report within 48hrs.Be warned!Mr Cooper... Doncaster

Once the items were delivered almost every single part came damaged...and not in transport as it was pretty well packaged.I only had a small window of opportunity to build the carport so the time scale of returning items wasnt an option.I was sent an email after i had complained about all damages saying bend the parts back with a soft cloth".Not what i was expecting to have to do on a £1700 carport in which what looked like a 2nd hand carport !The build also stated self tapping screws...i was sent ordinary screws and had to pilot everything.The instructions for the build were appalling...half of what i was sent didnt refer to my carport

Ordered a custom canopy to cover my patio area, excellent communication from Claire every question answered quickly along with good clear advice. The delivery was spot on and every part was well wrapped making damage highly unlikely. I was amazed with the quality and ease of assembly, value for money really can't be faulted, and looks fantastic.

I Had my 6mtr x 4mtr canopy fitted 2 weeks ago and was very pleased with the quality and service that i received from Lumac (Claire)I had the Lumac fitters install it and they (Dave & Jay) did an outstanding Job, they even cut the patio slabs rounds the legs and left the garden as tidy as it was . Great Service...
