I used to order from PLT every month but this will be the last time. I ordered 4 items on the 30th September to collect in Tesco the estimated date was the 3rd October. It’s now the 5th October & I need the clothes for the 8th as I’m travelling tickets booked and they’re asking me to wait two weeks before they look remedy my situation like is this a joke??? Why have I paid for delivery of you’re not even honour the estimated delivery at least a little. If you check their Twitter mentions it seems many experiencing the same issues and they don’t plan to resolve this anytime soon it seems. They just keep putting estimated delivery times they can’t fulfill and you’re expected to deal with the consequences of the unorganised, expensive & not true to time delivery dates

I placed a huge order July 2022 and only received a few of the items. I have been going back and forth with customer service for over a year now and they just keep forwarding me to different agents. Worst experience for any online store EVER.

PLT has literally gone down hill.. the customer service is the worst, and i always get the wrong items sent?? One of the items i received was stained, not much but you expect unstained tops when you buy something right? And i ordered a bikini set and got 2 bottoms.I ended up sending most items back but getting them to resend the bikini top was hassle!! They first requested me to send the bottoms back for me to actually get my top that i bought? So they said well you need to send back the wrong item for me to then receive the correct item... even though it wasn't my fault... but i did send back and it took a week after going back and too with customer service which said sorry they dont resend correct items? But even though iw as told to send the bottoms back for me to get the top!!! Well you have given me the wrong item so i expect the right one to be sent?!? They offered a 30 percent off discount code.. well no sorry not accepting that!Took about 7 days going back and too for eventually an advisor sorted it for me and sent the top. But come on 7 days....I also did send the bottoms back just out of curtesy even though it wasnt my fault. But the stained top they refused to send me a clean one... so i just sent that back and got refunded... but wow i will never order here again after such stress over dirty items and wrong items being sent... and the customer service is by far the worst except the one person that actually was helpful called jasper.

Would not even give one starWould not even give one star. Website is terrible, so jumpy. I placed an order and selected next day delivery. Website reverted back itself to standard delivery and customer services cannot change this now. Never heard of any online company not being able to change shipping.Their answer was reorder and return one lot once it arrives with me. Problem is the items are now oos and i will have to pay for two lots of shipping and returns.

Ordered using Next Day Delivery. No parcel delivered. No attempt at delivery and told that nobody was in- I have been isolating and havent left the house. Had to change delivery address. Now parcel has been delivered to a local locker but I've been sent no code or QR code to access locker. Very disappointed.

applyed for a years next day free delivery on my order paid £9.99 my order came 4 days after i ordered it .....i made another order today and hey ho i was charged £3.99 and received no confirmation on my e mail.so i tried for over an hour to reach the right people got a robot on chat unbelievable. i have had to now resort to finding a phone number or email to customer service .will not be shopping with them ever again just hope i get reinbursed my £9.99 you pretty little thing

Very bad experience with PLT AE. Such a poor returns process. Not only do I have to pay for the return (when most other companies offer free returns), but I then have to drop the return off myself (when most other companies will collect the unwanted item from you). I made a return on 19th Sept, and I am still trying to locate an Aramex locker to drop the return off. The two locations I have visited are out of service.When I reach out to someone on PLT Twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp they are very little help. Insisting I contact aramex instead. Very poor customer service, dated returns service. Unsatisfied customer.

Disgusting company.Ordered next day delivery.Only to find after checking out . This isn't the case it automatically put you on a different delivery. So I reordered thinking I'd made a mistake. But no, did exactly the same thing. Thanks to this company I am now having to wait possibly 4 weeks for a refund of £140 . And nothing to wear for a wedding I'm going to. Plus no refund on my delivery charge. Please be very careful. As there customer service is Non-existent .I now have little money to live on for the next 4 weeks.Due to beingon on the sick with breast cancer.thanks again for the unnecessary stress you have caused me.Just to line your already fat pockets.

I have a gifting collaboration for over 2 years, I’ve never had an issue with the influencer manager. The person who I now work with Lucy Newman is nothing but passive aggressive in her emails. Please check if she has been like this to over creators. It shouldn’t be like this!

Appealing customer service. I paid for their “royalty” scheme and it worked for a day. After that they somehow deleted my account and made me re register saying they have no proof of me ever having an account. I sent them all screenshots of orders, the Royalty scheme I paid for as well as all tracking info on EVERY order I had placed. They didn’t even bother responding to the evidence I sent. Never ever ever shopping with them again.
