Heard some bad reviews but my experience couldn’t have been any better, spoke to a guy called Michael and he was more than happy to help. Nice to see knowledgeable people that are happy to help. The price was fantastic which helped as I have to pay for my own safety stuff. Excellent service from a very reliable name in the saftey business.

Great service from Zak at Stockton. He has arranged all our new Site clothing and PPE with great follow up too. Also well done to the branch for a great Covid safe environment.

I visited this store (Portrack Lane) yesterday. It was a lousy experience. The rude staff even suggested customers , like me, are habitually altering the tags on items so as to get them cheaper. Their labelling is a mess so couldn't get the correct price for a jacket I fancied.The shop is disorganised, staff are unhelpful, preferirng to conduct their own conversation rather than deal with me. I don't need to know about their dissatisfaction at having to open up the shop. I walked out, didn't buy the jacket and will not be returning to this store.I used to like shopping at the old Arco. The shop was organised, clean and tidy, and importantly the staff knew their stock and knew how to look after the customer.

I first visited last Thursday 24.10.19 with my 88 year old mother and 90 year old father. We were looking for a body warmer for my dad. Scot was absolutely brilliant. He brought a chair for my dad to sit on and numerous body warmers to try. When non of them suited he found one on line and said it would be in store today 28.10.19. When we arrived today Zac held the door and offered a chair for my dad. The body warmer was just what my mum and dad wanted and they bought it. I want to thank Scot and Zac for their patience and customer service. They went the extra mile with customer service which is not seen much these days.

Very little in store. Needed waterproofs for a particular wet day. If you aren't booking and picking up the next day it's not really worth going in store to try and buy off the shelf.Not a patch on what they old store was.

Not very good customer servi ce so disappointed I was told to go and get my receipt and another 3 mile car ride came back with proof of payment the the 2 geeks on the I the counter saidthe pads were out of guarantee the knee pads broke downdown a wk after them no wonder ther was is only 3 month guarantee on them you dhould nebuying ver have had them on sale you to start withare ARCO a place o of

Wasn't aware the Stockton store next to secrewfix store closed at 12pm on Saturdays. Wasn't informed this when I walked in and saw staff, then over heard one of them telling another customer that they were closing in two mins. Genuinely I was shocked and annoyed that for one I'd wasted my time and two that not one member of staff was kind enough to approach me to tell me the opening hours etc regardless of whether it's on the sign it's not the point. Where's the customer service and seriously closing at 12 on a Saturday wow . Surely you'd think a member of staff would have at least let me buy what I needed .

staff could be more pro active member of staff appeared from out of the back and was most unhelpful ( Lee ) he was quick to pass me onto another staff member on the morning of Friday 2nd of July, totally uninterested in myself and what I needed in my opinion could not get away quick enough and spoke to staff member that he passed me onto with zero respect . I managed to get what i needed in Screwfix next door .
