RCBS were successful in tendering for their Project Management Services on this job. Within a few days of their instruction they had overseen the speedy organisation of scaffolding and the builders were quick to start. We had a few miscommunications at the beginning but have successfully resolved these. Florin, the contracts manager, is organised and thorough and very personable. The trades seem to respect him. The work has been very well organised, they have prints of the plans on site and we have been updated frequently with progress photos at the end of each week. The site is tidy and organised which usually means for skilled teams and we have not been disappointed. Workmanship has been to a very high standard and site security is excellent with CCTV and securely blocked ladders when the site is not in use. Building Control have also been impressed with their work and the tidiness of the site. I would be glad to use them again.

Engaged RCBS to refurb downstairs of house. Underfloor heating throughout, removal wall and fit out kitchen, Bi Folding doors, new patio and fence. All work completed on time and to a high standard.
