Terrible customer service and customer satisfaction. You have to keep chasing someone to call you back. It took 7 days and many calls, emails and left messages to get some glimmer of hope and when I thought I was getting somewhere it all went wrong. The IT person you leave messages for fails to call you back, he’s either gone home or not at his desk or on the phone! Experienced false advertising. Sent me incorrect items against what was advertised, which they failed to resolve! They do not listen. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY....MAKE THE EFFORT AND GO TO THE SHOPS SO THAT YOU CAN PHYSICALLY SEE ITEMS YOU WANT TO BUY AND SEE HUMAN BEINGS TO SPEAK WITH!

I ordered products and they never turned up. The first order went to the wrong address. Back and forward through emails. Never got resolved. I needed the products bad so I ordered again. This time apparently it got delivered to my address. Nothing came. Emailed again, response was a photo of my front door. I explained to them again that's two orders I never received. Haven't heard back from them since. Plus if there is a contact number could somebody posted it here. I'm never using them again. Very unprofessional.
