SM10 were extremely helpful when it came to helping me with my side extension project. Shahin led the works and understood clearly the requirements of the project, provided the drawings and did the whole planning application. He has been approachable with any questions, pre and post application whilst also giving helpful tips to ensure everything went smoothly. Reasonably priced and excellent service - highly recommend!

I can highly recommended SM10 Architects company . They have done all the drawings required for the rear extension and outbuildings and the application process which pass throughout successfully. The team were very cooperative, patient and very professional. In addition to that ,the building regulations drawings have been done by them. All the work is done smoothly and was great. I had a fairly big project going on at my end of terrace property. I needed a firm that would take on the project with ease from the word go to the end of project. I got a gentlemen called Shahin and he was brilliant. Helped me achieve what I wanted and at the same time gave me ideas I would never have thought off. Prices are good and level of service is excellent. Highly recommended.
