Went sheffield meadowhall retail drive-through to buy 3 vegan Mexican bakes and doughnuts. When I got home, 1 of the Mexican bakes was completely burnt. I saw the female worker pick two bakes from the counter and then walk over to the back of the shop. I could not see her. It was so suspicious the way she did it. So clearly, she has picked the 3rd Mexican bake from the bin. I am so disappointed and disgusted how she deliberately put this almost completely burnt Mexican bake in. Nothing changes in places like this because these people don't care about customer service.It's not about the money. it's disgusting how customers are treated. Shame on this worker, she clearly doesn't care.

Ordered chicken bakes and they were extremely cold, was told they cannot be heated because they are not a popular food item. couldn’t eat, had to throw away

Over priced and poor food. I've just bought a chicken and stuffing hot baguette from here. £4.15 and that's not even with a drink included! I got home and found that there was only 5 tiny pieces of chicken inside the sandwich! They were thin slithers too and when spread out evenly they were barely even noticeable. I know there's a cost of living crisis but £4.15 for this is daylight robbery. All I could taste was bread. I should've gone to Tesco for a meal deal instead. I don't usually eat from Greggs anyway and on this experience I won't be going back. At least the staff were friendly and potato wedges were tasty, hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

We used the drive thru and ordered steak bake, sausage rolls, pizza. The order point stand states deals available... Food & drink combos etc. The ordering of food was quick and easy, the items were hot, delicious and affordable. Staff were polite, customers can go indoors and pick up quick bites to eat from shop area.Plenty of car parking spaces near the outlet to enjoy your food. ✔️

Got served a cold stake bake which costs a whopping £2.25 overpriced in my opinion and it took ages because staff was dilly dallying behind the counter, extra star because I have Greggs in my second name!

Thought this Greggs had a hot counter as prices are slightly more than a normal Greggs? Pardon me if I’m wrong on that but ordered a festive bake and chicken bake today and both were cold. Sorry but who wants a cold pasty/bake? Gave them to the dog. Poor very poor won’t go there again.

Really really bad been for weeks now next to nothing is hot or even warm. Going to a drive thru to have to leave because the don't have edible food. SMH
