I cannot thank Lucy enough for all her help in securing my first-time buyers mortgage. Her knowledge, kindness and support has been incredible and made the whole (sometimes daunting) process feel so smooth. There was no question too stupid and she even helped move me when a better rate mortgage became available! I have already recommended Lucy to some friends and family, and hope to be able to work with her again in the future!

Amazing service! A couple years ago Jon secured our mortgage for our first property as first-time buyers. He explained the process clearly and effectively so we decided to use his services again to re-mortgage. Jon again made the process simple, clear and easy. We managed to get a mortgage offer in two weeks. I cannot recommend Jon enough he goes above and beyond, always happy to answer questions and clarify terms. Impeccable service all around, will be using TMQ and hopefully Jon again!

As first time buyers the whole process of getting a mortgage and understanding all of the various covers can be daunting however our advisor Jon Cole and his team have been an excellent support. Any question is responded to quickly and concerns are answered. With both of us working full time it can be hard to arrange appointments however, Jon made sure to do what fitted in best with us whether it be a teams call at 9pm or a phone call appointment. Really appreciate all the effort and hard work to getting our mortgage offer.
