Sean is extremely knowledgeable in his field and conducts his work with great integrity. Sean listens to any issues you may present, makes you feel completely at ease and shares his knowledge also for at home care. I came to Sean earlier in the year with tight shoulders, I had been to other places previously with the issue continually reoccurring. I had two sessions for my shoulders/upper back and the difference was unreal. I have revisited Sean for pain in my shins/calves today and again received first class service and advice. He is also an all round top guy to natter away to - can’t recommend him enough!

I went to Sean after suffering a dead leg sports injury. I also had another pre-existing injury. Sean gave me an injury assessment of both injuries and was able to provide treatments which have allowed for noticeable improvements. Sean also noticed that the muscles in my hamstrings and calves were extremely tight and gave insight of how this might occur and how it affects my lower back and posture, as well as training tips for future and how warm up/recovery will affect me going forward. He went the extra mile with a full body deep tissue massage to try and detect any more trigger points and provided more tips. Excellent service and knowledge will definitely be booking again.

Sean was very friendly and listened to my injury issue before assessing me and explaining the treatment he was going to provide. I felt very comfortable and I am already feeling the benefit of the massage. I have booked in some more sessions with Sean moving forward. Sean is friendly and listens to my tales of woe in relation to my running aches & pains. He fully explains what treatment he is going to provide, I feel comfortable with him and he does an excellent job!I have visited him on several occasions and will continue to do so, especially in the run up to the GNR. It's been a while since I last had a sports massage and visiting Sean has made me realise how much I've missed having them! Since working in a desk based job I've had nothing but trouble with my back whether it be clicking, aching or tightness but Sean was able to assess my neck/back and ensure my appointment was tailored around my problem areas. Sean was very knowledgeable and professional. I came to him with tightness in my traps and he explained to me that this was caused from poor posture and sitting at a desk all day.
