Probably the worst garage I've ever been to. Tried to find out what the issue with my car was as I've had diagnostics before but waited for the fault to come back up. The information provided wasn't clear at all and the mechanic didn't at any point sound like he knew what he was doing. No fault codes provided in writing or photographed. I'll now have to get my car check by someone else.Don't let the highly polished signs and stock images fool you. This place is poorly set up. If you're new to Southam, avoid this place. You'll only be wasting your time and money.

Just back from getting the car an MOT. I chose Holywell on the recommendation of another local firm. In contrast with the other reviewer's experience related here, I was told the MOT price when I booked in and warned that if additional work was needed to meet the standards, it would cost more. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and offered advice on other things I might need to consider, actions and timing. Thanks!!

Did MOT on one of my cars, failed on headlight aim so they adjusted them but I can’t see where the adjustment was done. Had the car 6 years and has never had headlight problems before.

DO NOT USE... Took my van for its M.O.T here and it failed on worn brake pads. I thought, that's strange, I'm sure there were loads of life left in them. Maybe I was wrong, as I was told they were less than 1.5mm, but I was in luck, he could replace them that day for £200. A set of pads is less than £50, it would take about 40 minutes to fit. £150 for less than 1 hours work....... This on top of an already expensive oil change and M.O.T. I THINK NOT. I pointed out the fact that the pads had loads left on them, but he would not pass it. I had the pads changed elsewhere. All pads had between 6 - 8 mm left on them. I will not be going back.... ever.

Terrible experience they had my car for 3 days for an oil leak, didn’t look at it or do anything until the 3rd day, then they told me they would screw a couple bolts and clean the oil from under the car. They charged me £80 for this and my car is still leaking oil.Will never go back to the terrible business.

They managed to fit my vehicle in at short notice for an MOT, were extremely helpful letting me drop off and collect the vehicle around my schedule. Super friendly and helpful family run garage, will definitely be using again.

Can't fault this family business. Can always fit me in very obliging and honest about work needing to be done. Would recomend. White suzuki and black corsa!!xx

TERRIBLE. Failed my partners nissan juke on rear pads being less than 1.5mm and do not drive until repaired" thought this was strange as i had checked them the day before. The lowest pad was 3.2mm

My car broke down and was sent to the garage by the AA. It was agreed a quote was to be made before work was carried out on the car. This did NOT happen. The work was carried out to the extent the repairs costed more than the car was worth! When questioning this the staff we disgustingly rude. The manager began to swear at me over the phone being abusive & also when i arrived to collect the car the manager threw my car keys at me. When leaving i notice a Boot foot print on the front bumper of my car.Will never use not recommend this garage to anyone. Do not use it.
