In case you want to know how they handle their responsibilities in case of an unplanned event, read this!I wanted to get two Rolls Royces Transported from north Ireland to Germany.When they unloaded the first car, the winch snapped and the car rolled out of the trailer, like 20 meters down the hill and crashed into an embankment. At this point. We told the driver multiple times to stop, but he let us know that he’s a professional, knowing what he is doing. Even with this situation being already expensive and dangerous enough, it wasn’t a reason to stop for the driver and he continued uploading the second car without a winch.How ever, the only thing they were capable to do, hyhnthnthnwas to let them roll out of their trailer and crash into what was behind them.McLaughlin seemed like a trustworthy company, well insured and professional overall, so I thought it would not be a big problem to get the damage repaired/ money for it, through the insurances.We had long email conversations where they told me that we would find a solution and so on. Sadly it’s now nearly a year ago, that all of this happend and I haven’t seen any money so far.In my case, I will lose the entitlement to reimburse after one year and now there are only days left till this happens. At the moment they DO NOT answer, obviously trying to sneak out of their responsibility.That’s not much of a problem for me, but it shows how they get their work done.I’m not happy to write this critique, but it might remember you guys how important it is to treat your customers right, because we are the one that keep you alive!looking forward to get this done guys.

Excellent company to deal with. Not only do they offer a great price for the privilege, McLaughlin Car Transport are very professional and efficient. The drivers who collected my car in West Sussex and took it over to Donegal for me were extremely friendly and very careful with my pride and joy. The whole experience was completely stress free and I can't thank them enough.If you need a car transported, do not hesitate to give these guys a call.
