On Friday 14th July 2023 HATS was assigned to collect my Mother from Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich and transfer her to King's College, Denmark Hill. Sasha & Michael are a credit to the company and made my Mother feel the most cared for and listened to since she had been admitted to hospital 2 weeks prior. Sasha made casual conversation and joked with myself and my Mum. I feel they both went above an beyond when we arrived at King's college and the lift to the 4th floor ward was out of service. Michael ran up 3 flights of stairs to find an alternative route and Sasha stayed with my Mum to help her feel at ease.I do not feel that my words do justice to the service they provided but the whole experience has been very traumatic for my mother and the caring nature of these two individuals went a long way to making her feel more positive.If only all of the staff within the NHS services were this nice!!!!

It's not people centered care it's money centered care, wait 5 hours for a transport back from hospital, and a driver lying to your face leaving you to wait furthermore because he went to drop another patient. Do not use them. I am giving up my planned care because of them.After 5h45 hours waiting time, they recklessly cancel my transport booking, made by a mental health hospital, from A&E, back to the mental health hospital.

Terrible service. I work at Teddington Memorial Hospital, where a patient has been sitting here 3 hours for return journey. This is not the first time.Clearly this company is unable to manage this region and should not have been given a contract. Advised that the crew will be on a lunch break before they reach the patient. Not the transport crew or the switchboards fault as they are put under a lot of pressure.It's the fat cats hungry to soak up all the competition yet forgot what is important, and that's the patients wellbeing.

Verbally abused by one of the drivers. Raised a complaint with HR on 11th July. Received a response that its been passed onto the depot and manager to investigate and to date no communcation. Have followed up, keep being promised contact, still nothing.

absolutley terrible company getting back to you when you applied for work. i kept leaving messages then aftet a week someone called me blamed me laughable yes laughable

I wish to say thank you to Kimo Lee, Corbin Philip for assisting us , at the Hailey academy during the anniversary celebrations of Divine Retreat Centre on 29th July . A thank you also to Manuel and Jodiene for arranging the ambulance at short notice.O.P

Atrocious customer service shown from…Atrocious customer service shown from their apparent HR departmentCalled to complain about the driver of one of their vehicles effectively bullying other road users and using the vehicle as a weaponNot only did they drive at excessive speed and force their way in front of me on a roundabout as they were in the incorrect lane they then drove far too close behind the cars in front and pushed them to drive faster to suit their needsFor 15 mins of my journey I witnessed some of the most aggressive and dangerous driving I have ever seenI pray for the safety of their service users as if they drive like this with them on board they will end up dead

I'd not be happy to have anyone I know or love transported by this company. This is based on the driver who, despite being behind us waiting at some lights, decided they didn't want to wait, squeezed past our car (narrowly missing us by centimetres), pushing to the front of the queue and trying to turn right infront of the car at the front. No need for it at all - aggressive and dangerous.
