The part of my order that actually arrived was ok but despite contacting the company and being told the missing items were being resent, they never came. I would definitely not order from them again.

Purchased two items from this oldenglishjewellers and one item was supposed to be a 9ct yellow solid gold cross. I will add photos here so you can see for yourself the piece of fake tat i was sent in the post. Will add a picture of the sellers item as listed online so you will clearly see the item i received without any hallmarks looks absolutely nothing like how the seller describes the item. Oldenglishjewellers claim every item is inspected before being dispatched, my claim is they inspected it under a birthday candle in the pitch black. AVOID this place and the low Google Review speaks for itself. Wish i saw this first before purchasing.

Bought as a gift for daughters birthday had to return as stones were falling out replacement sent no problem now the sapphire is falling out of the second ring and its only a month old and they won't replace it is it just faulty goods they're selling?

Ordered through website and was never sent item, contacted through Etsy messaging as ordered previously there and messages promising would look into it. Still no refund or contact. Only good through Etsy as Etsy protect shoppers. Fraudulent company, no attempt to send items and will no refund me. Also item from Etsy I did receive was hollow not solid gold as described.

Do not buy from these. Ordered through ebay. Never turned up even though tracking says it hasThey refuse to answer any port of contact whatsoever. Wanting a refund but of course you guys will not answer us!!!Avoid this company.

I ordered on eBay fast delivery and nice little ring, bit sharp on the inside but not bothering me, everything seems fine with it. Am happy with it so far, but I only had it a few days now. I hope it is real sliver! after reading all the reviews, I just don't want it to go black/green.

I purchased a ring from OEJ on 25th August and one of the simulated diamonds fell out less than 3 weeks after purchase. They will not exchange, repair or refund the ring as I'm apparently 'out of their returns window' even though initial contact to report the fault was made around mid September. The ring is obviously poor quality and is no longer fit for purpose.
