Great shop which I have just discovered. Staff are amazing. Very helpful friendly and efficient. Visited yesterday with a return. Ordered me another pair in smaller size and they are being delivered to my home address. What a service. Thank you all so much. I will be back !!!

Service was really poor, no clue communication between customers and staff and staff to staff. Very disorganised shop but customer service let it down most.

Great choice of shoes but not enough staff to help you if you need assistance. 1 person on the tills and waited 15 minutes for help ,then another 10 minutes for the shoe and it wasn't my size

We were looking for boots but shop only had summer stock. A lovely gentleman by the name of John asked us to describe what we were looking for and offered to find something in the stock behind the store.With the assistance of the gorgeous Briege and Sarah, they found us two pairs of lovely Chelsea boots which we purchased spending about £150.00.The service was unbelievable, superb and personal.Please keep it up.

That 1 star it's only for Will, the person who was helping me to get my timberlands cause the rest of the girls were just laughing.0 star if possible for how I was treated by the rest of the staff, I was checking the timberlands and they were perfect, when they put them on the box they replaced them for a defective ones (glue or rare product damaging the leather, scratched...) I felt scammed and mocked. It's been a year and I still remember... So disappointed
