Fantastic products, awful customer service. Wished to purchase over the phone seeing as they will not post to Northern Ireland from their website and they would not oblige for this to occur and me to collect in store in a few days (to avail of offers, I live 2 hours away). Very disappointed by rituals customer service across the board. Travel set containers also came apart and they refused to sort this out too. Had to throw out the set. I'm a long standing customer who will be forced to search elsewhere for products.

Great shop, great products but l have repeatedly found the staff overbearing and just too keen to push unwanted products on you. It's a bit off-putting and unwelcome.

Great selection of scented candles. One of which I really liked named Tangerine Tea. Although candles do tend to tunnel so make sure to burn it for long enough for the whole top layer of wax to be melted. Wrapping tinfoil around the candle and lighting it tends to help with the tunneling. Staff was really helpful in helping me choose a candle I enjoyed.

Excellent haven of peaceful tranquility with attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful assistants; make Rituals a wonderful place to spend time browsing and sampling products in a calm atmoshere. Bliss!
