In my capacity as a removal man I've been using Safestore Southend for over 7 years. During that time I've found this facility to be professionally managed by the staff who are very helpful. The units and corridors are all clean and easy to use and the lift is well sized. There are plenty of trolleys to use aswell. I would thoroughly recommend Safestore Southend.

Excellent service at the Southend branch. Very helpful staff. It's been a lifeline as due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to put all my stuff into storage from mid May to today 17 August 2023! If you give them 2 weeks notice, they refund the unused days. From a very delighted customer

Great introduction from reception with experienced advice on what room to get which was smaller than I thought but exactly right. As the reception Lady said the rooms go all the way up to the ceiling!! Seems expensive at first but as you use it it’s good value. Really dry, safe and clean. Highly recommended.

The guys here are great. Friendly, polite and easy to talk to. Nothing is too much and I'm notified if anything arrives. (Which it does daily). This does not bother them the slightest as i said nothing is too much for these guys.
