Absolutely brilliant. I bought a house with them, Jeannie had the most fantastic communication, always replying promptly, kindly and with a great sense of humour.The house completed on time, the solicitor Damian was great, really helpful and got it sorted rapidly.Couldn't recommend them more, total value for money, fantastic service, lovely people.

Michael Allison worked mostly on my case and was always informative , pleasant and straight to the point, they will not waste your time in any way shape or form. I was involved in a hit & run .Straight forward . The guy was overtaking 3 cars at the same time in oncoming traffic . He tailgated me so close that when he went to overtake he grazed my rear bumper leaving a scrape. It’s been 8 months and AXA have accepted liability but I have had no communication from MY solicitor from this firm.Only received excuses .When you phone to speak with the solicitor you get fobbed off .No one is returning my complaint or my emails.I have had no choice but to go to the ombudsman for help .Never experienced such poor service and lack of communication .I have given them plenty of chances to explain but a qualified solicitor keeps trying to tell me county Donegal is not in the Republic of Ireland .Emails don’t make sense so the ombudsman has accepted my case .Would not recommend this firm .———————-And in reply to your comment“We invite you to raise your complaint directly with your solicitor who we are confident will rectify any issues.”I have already contacted Michael over 6 times via email and calls to give him the opportunity to rectify of which I have HAD NO LOGICAL REPLY . So I have done this and your company has left me with concise but to go to the Ombudsman and once they assist me I shall take this further but for the moment I am only concerned with being outback in my original place before the collision happened.I would hate to use you for a complex legal matter as you clearly misread my review where I have stated I have already given you a chance to resolve . You have neither resolved, assisted or advised in a timely manner .
