Excellent customer service. Can't fault. I go in once a week and the staff always remember me and always super helpful and friendly . Better and nicer juices at the cheaper end. Won't go anywhere else.

I have been using vape sense for 2 years now, and never had any problems, the staff are full of knowledge (it amazes me how much knowledge goes in to these things)I'm quiet pitular with flavours of juice, but staff have recommended some amazing flavours and advised me on what flavours I might like,I've never had a bad flavoured recommended.Staff are welcoming and so friendly and go above and beyond for us customers.I wish I could more stars but 5 will have to do!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great shop! Always helped me out with buying new kit and any issues! Even showing me how to build properly! Would recommend! Defo no.1 shop in Malvern. Have no need to use other store now that you guys are here!Won't even go online where prices are cheaper because the advice is invaluable
