Quite simply the best customer service I've had in such a long time. We purchased an expensive outdoor furniture set during lockdown that had recently discoloured. I contacted customer services and Chris and team were outstanding in resolving the issue by replacing the table top via the manufacturer without any issues whatsoever.In a world where we tend to focus on the negatives, is also important to call out when we receive exceptional service.I would have happily always look to purchase from Cambridge home and garden in the future. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Ordered a Kadai firebowl Sunday evening at very good price, arrived Tuesday morning and was free delivery fantastic service looks great.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service; responded promptly on email and sorted an issue we had quickly. Would definitely use again.

Nice showroom. Good range of higher end furniture. This is not a place to pick up value products, more premium items on display. The cafe looks nice too. The staff are very friendly and don't chase you around.

We ordered a kettler right hand corner firepit sofa from Cambridge Home And garden on the 1st of April was told it would arrive the end of May beginning of June. After the beginning of June came and went and no communication from C H G! We emailed to see when the due delivery date was told it would be towards the end of June.... and no delivery and no communication again from C H G. We emailed them again and they said it would be within the next couple of weeks. We remained patient because we really liked it and thankfully it arrived on the 8th July.Now regarding the actual sofa I'm so glad we remained patient, its really comfortable sturdy and really everything we expected and more the firepit on a low setting gives out loads of heat, very cosy indeed.I'd recommend this company for the actual furniture we bought but it's a real shame they don't communicate with customers this really let's them down as we had to do the chasing all the time. This sofa wasn't cheap and I'd have thought a little more attention on their part would've been appreciative. The only time they contacted me was for payment and telling me it would be delivered the next day after patiently waiting three and a half months!

Absolutely fantastic company. Great showroom at Willingham, furniture displayed well and great choice. Chris was knowledgeable about the products and was very pleasant to deal with. They price matched my purchase and didn’t mind having a deal. They had my furniture in stock and delivered the next working day, the delivery driver was great and went out of his way to make sure it was delivered and carried the furniture to its place in the garden. Overall a great experience thank you very much.

One of the best customer service experiences I have received! Quick delivery, great communication, unfortunately we had an issue with our product and the team resolved it really quickly without any problems. Highly recommend this company.
