Very professional I highly recommend him. I Rang and explained what was happening with my washer..he gave me a quote there and then. Part was fitted the next day at a very reasonable price.**update..I still highly recommend Mark and have just had him back to repair my cooker... excellent all round. Thank you.

Mark serviced my boiler, arranged efficiently via an email, he turned up on time, did a thorough service, which as the boiler had not been serviced by the previous house owner was a bit more complex than a regular service. He did this all for the pre-agreed price, which was good value. I'd recommend him, and use him again.

Trustworthy, friendly and professional. I can highly recommend Mark Stevenson. He arrived the day after I rang due to a problem with our reliable 9 year old washing machine. This was the first time we’ve had an issue with it. He fixed the problem which he’d actually diagnosed during our telephone conversation! The washing machine was fixed within 30 minutes, he cleared up after himself, offered useful advice and information and has guaranteed the part for 12 months. No need to look elsewhere!

I had a problem with my washing machine, the drum was not spinning. Mark gave me a detailed quote covering the possible eventualities.He gave me a timely appointment on the same day and arrived promptly on the agreed time. He carried out the repair quickly and I am very satisfied with the prompt and efficient service and a year's warranty!!

Great service and experience start to finish!! Initially called Mark on a Sunday afternoon about our oven which wouldn't heat on fan oven setting but other functions worked; Mark diagnosed the problem as needing a new oven element over the phone, said he could pick the part up in the morning and would make the repairs in the afternoon. Mark turned up on time and successfully repaired the oven at a very good price and also left us with a year's warranty for the replacement part. Will definitely use again in future if necessary and recommend to friends in the area. Use with confidence!!
