No proof No Payment. I have proof you don't want it12th February 2022 We paid for 2 hours and went to the science museum in Bradford. We left the car at 11.44pm and paid for ticket. ( We know this because clever google tracks all my travels, places and times of destinations). We have proof of payment and time paid via bank and paid for 2 hours. We left the car park at 1.05pm, so was parked for 1 hour and 16 mins with 44 mins remaining on the ticket (also i was going to offer somone the ticket as it had a little time left on it but they already got one). And again, we also have proof on Google maps that track our activities that day. We received the 1st letter 26th july claiming we have received previous letters and we must pay £170 etc, and obviously we haven't received any other letters. Today 9th August 2nd letter threatening with court etc. We emailed them once we received the 1st letter on the 26th July asking for evidence of us overstaying and still we have received nothing back. No proof I am not paying a penny. Saying that I have proof that I didn't exceed my time so just ignore it.Its must be a scam and People will fall for this, they will wait 6 months send them a letter thinking they won't remember what happened that day and they would of binned the ticket etc have no proof and they will pay it.Don't fall for it

The epitome of corporate greed. Paid for 3 hours of parking on a Sunday. Overstayed by 20 mins and was fines £100 for it. Appealed and was informed robotically that I had overstayed and therefore will be fined in full. Will avoid any parking managed by Initial Parking. They are a predatory company that preys on their customers. They charge exorbitant fines for their services, and they are not understanding to customer complaints. I would strongly advise anyone who is considering using Initial Parking to reconsider.

Received a penalty charge notice letter, despite paying for parking using the ticket machine at the site, even had proof from my bank statement. I paid before i left but still this incompetent company feels that it’s okay to thieve people and send letters with no evidence to support their claims.

Scam car park, got a parking fine today for apparently over staying. Whereas the ticket says I entered at 21:00 and exit at 21:48. I paid for an hours parking and an hour is minimum there anyways. So where is the logic???? Scammers. Won't pay will take them to court for this fraud

Don’t park here. You will be fined £100 if you go a couple of minutes over time.

Be mindful of scam fines when parking. Charged even if paid and have proof. Shocking really. Live and learn from this bad experience

Be mindful they don't support disability parking. It's easy to misread the sign with how it's worded in thinking it may support disabled parking but it does not. Be mindful you'll get an inflated fine. No reason to justify the high prices of a fine as it certainly doesn't go on maintaining the road quality. Also doesn't feel safe parking and leaving car in the place.

Don't buy ticket from machine download the app its more convenient and easily can extend the parking time online, because I over stayed 10 minutes and got fine £60(£100 if not paid in14 days) in app Just park" booking is easy and also you get confirmation by email as proof of purchase."

Don't reccomend it at all.The click starts ticking from the moment you drive into the car park, even if you purchase a ticket. If it took you 5 mins to get in, get the family out of the car, and get a ticket from the machines who's buttons don't work. And you stay for the purchased time.. you get the pleasure of a £60 parking ticket.

Parked here using just park app. First time using the app and parking here. Tried to extend as went over time and for some reason it didn't extend. I know others stayed the same night for the same length of stay and they paid via ticket machine. I got a pcn. They didn't. What should have been a great night out and a reward for hard work cost me £60. If you park here I would suggest using the ticket machine. Poor lighting at night.
