They do not follow up unless you constantly pester them. They are useless and lazy. They don’t care what so ever about their clients, just the money.

Excellent service from start to end. Farzana went above and beyond my expectations for my case! She is highly knowledgeable and dealt with matters in an expert manner. Worst solicitors I have ever come across, I have asked them to transfer files to a new solicitors and are refusing to do so. Crown court are even chasing them to get them to change my solicitor and have applied to court behind my back and going through it without my consent. Also when trying to stop this happening they put the phone down on me. DO NOT USE THESE.

Today I was met at court by ms begum. I have used k legal firm before and have allways had brilliant experiences with them but had never met ms begum. She was extremely well presented and very knowledgeable knowing exactly what she needed to do in the court. The results were better then I expected and that is all down to ms begum. She is an excellent solicitor and has an extremely bright future ahead and would definitely recommend her. Very happy with her services and happy with the k legal firm.
