Excellent service from the team at Vospers at Marsh Mills in Plymouth... made buying a new car so simple! Especially impressed with salesman Ben's handover to me... he even keyed in my mobile phone and favourite radio stations on my new Vauxhall Crossland. Thank you Ben!

Went into have a look at new cars, long standing Vauxhall customer (for my sins), took a long time for anyone to come out of their little office to speak to us. Completely dismissive little madam in the showroom, no intention of selling us a car whatsoever despite having gone in with the intention of buying. We left feeling completely unvalued so decided to finally put two fingers up to Vauxhall and swap to another make. Avoid.

My first time purchasing from a dealership and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, helped me find a car to suit my needs and budget, with no heavy sales pressure. On pick up day, it was like going in to see old friends! Great experience from the team at Vospers. Maya was super helpful. She listened and understood what I was after. I had received poor service from other Vauxhall garages nearer to me. After explaining my situation and budget, Maya made it happen and because of her great service over the phone I drove down to Plymouth (over 100 miles from me!) and picked up my new car.When I arrived the car and paperwork was all ready. Definitely 5 stars across the board, from the ease of reserving that car I was interested in to going to the showroom and having a test drive. The salesperson dealing with me was Kat Butler who is a great credit to the team as she had exactly the right balance of being friendly and professional, with a very good knowledge of the vehicle and the sales process. The car I bought is not new but it is new to me and it's in such excellent condition, I love it. I also sold my old car to Vospers which was hassle free, so whether it's a new vehicle or a quality used one that you are after get yourself to Vospers at Marsh Mills Plymouth for great value and peace of mind!

An experience made very simple and easy by a very good sales representative. Sasha (Vauxhall dealership) was very polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. He made what was a very stressful time for me so much easier. I can't praise him enough.

Very Friendly staff and very helpful. We were given plenty of options from new cars and used cars to fit our budget. Absolutely no pressure to buy and made us feel at ease. Waiting to pick our new car after discussing all the options. Definitely will think of using them again.
