I ordered the pizza deal 1 that was meat feast, BBQ chicken and and vegetarian pizza for the kids, collected them and got home and the veg pizza had chillies on so I rang them to explain there might be a mistake and it didn’t mention anything about the chilli on the veg so the person I spoke to said they would make a new one. I collected it and they even charged me for a mistake that they made. Ingredients Wasn’t mentioned on the menu. Check what is on the order before leaving so 1 star maximum

Always good food, had a couple of mix ups in recent times but all resolved pretty quickly. However, I won't be ordering again as my regular order has now gone up £5.50 in just one week. I understand totally that your costs have increased etc. but I can no longer justify the new prices.

Made a large order for my daughters birthday at keighley swimming pool and I was struggling because I didn’t know any takeaways In this area and I was nervous it wouldn’t arrive bang on time. I definitely made the right choice all the pizzas were delicious and everybody gave great compliments as to how nice it was! And arrived bang on for when I requested on just eat. The man also helped carry them up to the room for us. Value for money also spot on some great offers. Thanks so much I will definitely order from here again.

Food was decent previously but the order last night unfortunately was not. Out of 5 people who ate it, 4 have them have food poisoning. The only thing everyone all ate the same was food from here. Wont be ordering again.

I would say that Papa Dons is not my usual place for the takeout food. However one thing they have is their freshly made samosas. I mean they pack them up in boxes of 50's and keep them refrigerated and you will have to order in advance otherwise you miss the chance of getting hold of them. The meat samosas are more popular then the chicken one.Anyways i was a bit disappointed when i wasnt able to get a couple of boxes the other day but managed to get one box and well today they delivered another box to my house. Its not in their policy to deliver cold items as all they deliver is warm food. In my case they made an exception. I would say that is very good customer service. Although truth be said i had to persuade them slightly. Non the less the samosa sizes are a good jumbo size and always taste brilliant.
