Centrebus

Alway's a good service when using Centrebus. Professional smart Drivers who get you safely to your destination from Luton Town Centre to either Hitchin Road or Crawley Green Road. Clean Buses and I would thoroughly recommend them..less expensive than Arriva but all in all a great service.

Shambolic Company.Family was bullied by many of the drivers on the 10 service on the basis of a rumour. Refused to stop for us meaning we couldn't get to education or work. Customer services are a complete farce when you make a complaint. They blamed us on social media, claiming that we'd sworn at the drivers when in fact it was the opposite way round. After two months we contacted the director of the company via post. A video call was made to discuss the issues. Supposedly the drivers were spoken to. Although the hand gestures have stopped, we are still refused travel. The customer service team still refuses to answer queries.The buses are poorly maintained, often against standards set by the DVSA. This includes protruding panel work, loose grab poles, bits missing off seats, flooring coming loose.Some of their buses advertise free WiFi that hasn't worked in over a year.They regularly cancel services without any communication via their social platforms. Understandable cutting services if there's a national drivers shortage, but at least let people relying on the service aware that they aren't running so that they can make alternative arrangements. One excuse may be that if it doesn't track on the app

My experience with the centrebus service is always good.

Buss no. 37 never came on time. Today I have been waiting for 45 minutes and it’s not here yet. So, if you have an appointment or something urgent don’t rely on their time sheet, because you’ll be disappointed if you trust their timing.

Awful service, myself and 1 other are stood at the no:10 Kingsley Rd stop, even after being flagged the driver failed to stop because a car had parked right infront of the marked yellow area... He // She needs sacking, its freezing out and that a-hole decided to carry on regardless, Arriva is far better!!!

Paula brookes the manager was very efficient,productive,proactive,professional and friendly when I went to pick up my clarks bag that I lost on the Friday 3/11/23 onboard the 304 bus at 3:53 pm.

I was travelling on 05-05-2022. From town galaxy bus stop and waiting for bus 37 to dallow road. And the driver came with dallow raod 37 bus at 2:50 pm in afternoon at the stop and parked his bus and gone to bring food by saying that the bus is not in service. And we waited for 10 min he returned with food and get into the bus and suddenly he turned the plate to dallow road 37 and straight away drive it. Didn’t even open the door to collect the customers.There was a disable man with the stick , there was an old man waiting for the bus he spoke to all before getting his food saying that the bus is out of sevice and he is not going to dallow road but soon after getting his food he just didnt pik up any of us who was waiting for dallow road bus 37 and abused all of us and went in speed.The driver was a black guy with a long thin folded beared with a big cap on his head and he was thin as well. And dallow road is not having g a good bus facility at all times.

Bus x31 is the most unreliable bus I have ever had to take. Constantly late, that’s if it bothers to show up, the bus has come on time maybe a few times in the 5 years that I have been using this service... Two years ago the bus did not show up near runley, I waited for 40 minutes before I decided to walk to town, I reach the bridge near bury park and what do I see x31 coming through hatters way, it’s not even the bus’ route !!! Few years back, during winter people had waited over an hour for the bus to show, and once it did the driver said that they are on a break and drove off. Considering this is the only bus that runs through dallow road the service is appalling, if it wasn’t for the cheap ticket price, I’d have given 1 star. Good thing I drive and don’t have to rely on public transportation that much, but whenever I decide to use it, it’s a disappointment.

Decent route network. Economical & flexible ticket prices. Nice buses & friendly drivers.

A smaller bus company than the towns major money driven operator Arriva.Offering competitive fares and some alternative routes that, I'm pretty sure Arriva let them have solely because of monopolies laws.They sell the same popular weekly hip hop tickets so why not give them a go?
