The worst Decaffeinated choice of all the major chains! Who ever thought of using ’teabags’ to put the coffee in the espresso machine basket was mad. The coffee isn’t tamped down and doesn’t form a seal, so all the hot water just runs around the bag and straight into your cup resulting in weak watery coffee that might just as well have come from a bad filter! I always avoid Costa for a decaf if I possibly can.

Friendly staff but NOT ONE SINGLE PLANT BASED/VEGAN PASTRY for sale, so I gave two stars for friendliness and zero stars for offer of environmentally and animal-friendly pastries.

The staff offer u special blend coffee because then they can charge u more than for a regular coffee. Twice they didn’t even ask me or informed that the price is higher for the so called special blend. They totally ruined my experience and my morning how rude to charge more without informing . And I have to always ask many times to have my bread warmed. It’s like they r robots and not listening to constumers requests. I’m sure they r trained to just oversell and even cheat with the price to reach their ever growing profit . We should all boycott these people . And the so-called ‘food’ they sell is so unhealthy. Not many healthy options.

I've edited this review, over the last few years the servers are a lot nicer however service can be slow during busy times. Drinks and coffees are very good, food is nice as well.

Wonderful atmosphere to sit and enjoy a cappucino and pastry. Cheerful staff, all with geat attitude. There's wi-fi. Plenty of seating both in the shop and outside in the forecourt. There's parking on Worple Rd
