I paid for a lamp which was due to be delivered the following week. I gave my mobile number so someone could ring me. I hadn’t heard anything for 10 days so decided to call in. The assistant informed me it hadn’t even been ordered yet my money had been taken, she suggested ordering another one but I decided to have a refund and go somewhere else.I got in touch with the head office but I haven’t had a reply from them either.I won’t be using this company again!
