Domino's Pizza - South Shields
Last time I ordered, they got my order wrong. Again, I’ve ordered and it’s wrong and there is garlic sauce over everything, bottles, boxes etc absolute mess. Oh, and it’s our tub of garlic sauce they’ve split and spilled everywhere.Drinks are wrong too, food is soggy.Complained to the restaurant and requested a refund of the wrong and ruined products and they offered a £10 voucher, which is actually £-3 voucher as it won’t work with deals!Buying what I did cost £27, buying what I cost after the voucher is applied (which can’t be used with deals) ends up at £30.They have refused any alternative resolution.Poor customer service, and won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered food at 9:54pm, nothing was delivered. Rang at 11pm, staff member confirmed our order would be included in the next set of orders going out. They only have one delivery driver so hence the delay. At 11:42 pm I ring again as still nothing but no answer as they’ve now closed. It’s now 12:36am and we still haven’t received our order and can’t query it with the shop.This is disgraceful. If you can’t handle the amount of orders then stop accepting them earlier. Additionally don’t confirm our food will soon be delivered if it’s not actually going to turn up.

I cancelled order as it was taking forever. Guy at shop said refund had went through. It hadn't and begun the lengthy process of contacting them where the suddenly developed amnesia.Horrible shop and they never gave me any refund just took £20 for nothing from me. Disgrace do not order from here.

We ordered garlic bread alongside our pizza but we got delivered 3 extra garlic herb dips. Upon informing the south shields dominos pizza they first said they delivering garlic break in 10 minutes but after 10 minutes in another call, they said they still working on it and in another call after 15 minutes more they manager said he cannot see our garlic bread order and we need to place new order for full pizza and garlicn bread. Then he says it’s going to take lot of time to deliver as they busy. I explained to them about how their system and driver has messed with our order but the manager didn’t helped at all. I explained that we ready to place whole new order but needs on priority as garlic bread was for our little son who was not happy with his part of order missing. The manager ignored all requests but continued to press on longer delivery times. I found whole experience extremely disappointing in customer service.

My pizza was disgusting. Was a bbq chicken that looked like the delivery driver pulled the chicken as it had none left, huge pieces of the pizza even lacked cheese and the dough was soggy from excess sauce and when me and fiance have tried to complain we get fobbed off by being told it was a different manager that day or they are on holiday when we call so they can't even accept there mistake. Its an absolute disgrace I think trading standards is my next step

Ordered 4 large pizzas and dips at 9. 13 on Saturday . The wrong order was delivered and taken away at 10.40. Another order was delivered missing the allergy pizza at 10. 50 by a female delivery driver. She was going straight back to shop to collect missing pizza, shop is 5 minutes from house. After 20 mins rang shop and manager knew nothing about it. Said he would deliver missing allergy ordered pizza. At 11.40 pizza turned up, but not the right one. Still waiting on full correct order and this is not the first time this has happened.

Food was ok, nothing exceptional and they put the pizza's were in the incorrect boxes and when you try to call them there's never an answer the calls ring intermittently, turns into an engaged tone and cuts you off. Not the greatest experience to be honest.

Ordered 2 pizzas that arrived an hour late, were both cold and order incorrect. No help from the customer service team at Domino’s, poor service, no refund or any compensation offered

Delicious pizza and fast delivery every time. Writing this review based on the delivery guy You need to keep him he's spot on. Meeting for only seconds but he's a nice chap, great manners and great sense of humour. Had him deliver a few times now. Thomas the sensible I think it was.
