She explains everything clearly and listens carefully to understand the root of any issues.She continually offers helpful hints and exercises and is very accommodating with her appointments. First class soft tissue massage who I highly recommend.

Went to Kate for some occupational aches and pains. She was very experienced and did a full assessment and treatment. I found very effective and friendly service. Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment! Easy to find and accessible, couldn't recommend enough!

I cannot thank Kate enough for helping me with my back, neck and shoulders over the last few months. I hardly had any movement in my my neck, and have regained full motion! She is incredible, as well as being such a lovely, friendly person.Having a disability sometimes makes going for massages difficult, but Kates 'nothing is a problem' demeaner means you never feel a burden which is so refreshing. If I could give more stars I would!!

Kate is a truly genuine lady. On her busy schedule she made time to see me with less than 24 hour notice as I was in pain. She tried to help me immediately. I am so happy to find such a lovely person with the knowledge and expertise I was looking for. My first session took longer than expected, she wasn't worried about the time at all and put me at ease. I was not pushed out the door. I am very grateful. My muscle injuries is subsided after the first session. I am now pain free thanks to Kate. I will be going to her regularly. I highly recommend her as Muscle Tissue Sport Therapist. Thank you Kate

Kate has worked absolute miracles with my back muscles that I have had problems with for years.I have just had my first visit since Covid lockdown and found that Kate had made the new processes easy to follow and I felt completely safe and relaxed at all times.I would highly recommend Kate.
