Dress Code Nine

I can not rate this shop highly enough!!!When visiting family in Essex we by the off chance rang to see if there was a Prom dress appointment for my Daughter and there was.After two very unsuccessful attempts in Wiltshire, we eventually found a dress which she loved.The two shops previously she had a bad experience but Dress Code Nine put her at ease and Chelcie was AMAZING and so warming and put my Daughter straight at ease! This was the third wedding dress shop I went to to find my dream dress. I made an appointment online and the ladies rang me up promptly to book an appointment to suit me and tell me all the details. I could already tell on the phone how welcoming and friendly they were! When I arrived at Dress Code Nine, I was greeted by Chelsea and her lovely colleague . They were so welcoming and hospitable and made me feel so at ease. Sometimes wedding dress shops can come across as “stuffy” and this was anything but. They talked me through the different dress styles and let me look at my own leisure. I loved that they didn’t hover over me and anything I liked, they hung up for me and then suggested some others which were similar. There were so many beautiful dresses to try, whatever style you wanted. The dresses were all immaculately and beautifully kept, even the sale dresses! Chelsea was so professional and patient with helping me put on the dresses and, with each one I put on, she gave me time to talk about it and ponder upon with no rush or overbearing comments. I was offered all different types of veils, a bouquet and shoes to really pull together the outfit and I think this made all the difference! Even when I kept trying dresses back on to double check, this was never a problem! Both of the girls were so knowledgeable about different styles, fits, dress making times, measurements etc and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Was very surprised at the range of wedding dresses. I actually found my dress on the first appointment and it is stunning! I got to try a good number of dresses and my dress is actually very different from what I thought suited me.Chelsea and Emilia were amazing, thank you ladies for helping me find me dream dress!

After a couple of disappointing appointments at other dress shops I went to the girls at dress code nine. Chelsea who helped me find my dress made the experience everything I wanted it to be and more. Together we found my perfect wedding dress. They made sure I was happy and had the best experience. Every step of the way they kept in contact and looked after me. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Had an amazing experience, my daughter was given plenty of time to try on some beautiful dresses. She found the perfect one!! Carla was so hopeful and made her feel so special. My daughter is so looking forward to prom now she has her perfect dress.Thank you.I will be coming back again for my own Christmas ball gown!

Highly recommended!!Carla and her team are simply the best!! Nothing is too big or small for them.She doesn't pressure you at all, she uses her knowledge to recommend things, gives you time and doesn't rush when making decisions or spending time in the dress to get a feel for it. Visited here to look at wedding dresses for my friend. They had a good variety of styles and shades of white.They were very helpful in providing honest feedback on the dresses that my friend tried on and couldn't do enough for her. Glad to say that she found a dress that she absolutely loves.

They really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and make other suggestions too. Very attentive service. AND I left with a gorgeous dress in my hand! Definitely recommend making an appointment to see them. It doesn't look much from the outside, but once you step in to the unit, it's like an Aladdins cave!! Thank you ladies at dress code nine!

My wife booked an appointment for my teenage daughters prom dress fitting, as an indecisive teenager this was something that I foresaw would be quite a challenge.Whilst we didn't actually buy anything in the end I felt compelled to leave a review owing to the amazing customer service received.The whole experience is friendly and knowledgeable, giving suggestions for dresses based on their experience and understanding of different body shapes.I honestly wish I could give more than five stars, if you are looking for a prom or wedding dress I would highly recommend visitingUpdate 12th March -After visiting numerous other prom dress shops we actually returned to buy one of the original dresses.The personable approach of Marissa is really what sets this shop apart from others like it.Thank you so much; Elisha is in love with her dress!

Such a lovely range of dresses, despite not knowing what to expect, Amelia and Charlotte made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Helping us chose from an array of dresses all without creating pressure and/or stress. Such a wonderful team, not to mention all covid rules were adhered to. Certainly recommend, it's easy to find with ample parking and the pricing doesn't reflect the amazing quality of dresses. Although I'm unsure as to whether my prom is going ahead the experience was still memorable.
