Me and my partner can't thank PGS Law enough, Ian Farrah hasb done an amazing job and was extremely quick with preparing all the relevant paper work for the house and carrying out the search fees. If I could give a minus number then I would. Zero help and told they couldn’t take on a case that they’re specialised in. They don’t have the capacity. No time scale discussed just a no for their specialised area. A disgrace. Will never recommend
