Queen Nails Basingstoke

walked in yesterday for a gel removal + manicure and am really happy with my nails. the salon is clean and the staff are very friendly. I highly reccomend!

Had an appointment today with my mother and the staff was exceptional! Definitely my new favourite place to get my nails done! Super customer service and I absolutely love how my nails turned out!

Came today for infills and French tips as I came over a week ago on a Sunday for the first time and loved my nails. Previously had a removal and new set with black french tips and it took about an hour.Today I sit down and notice the guy doing my infills has someone constantly watching and checking his work (if he’s being trained you should atleast be advising of this as I would have asked for someone else as I was on a time limit) I showed the nail art I wanted and said it was okay.Numerous times I flinched as when drilling down before the infills the drill felt so hot on my finger and then while filing after the acrylic my finger was cut on the side.It then comes to the nail art and the French tips where okay however this nail shop can’t do flowers, tried to convince me these ‘flowers’ would look better one they had a dot of colour. 2 different people tried doing a simple daisy but neither could so I said just do French tips2 hours it took to have infills on nails only 1 week old. I was then told the price would be £30 even tho on their price board infills are £18, I questioned this and the fact I had been there 2 hours and been cut and they told me it was still £30 because I had French tips. Not seeing how French tips are an extra £12.Extremely disappointed as my first visit was so positive.

Absolutely love coming here! I won’t go anywhere else for my nails! The staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough to make ur visit special every time! Their attention to details amazes me! 10/10 100% go there!

I had an acrylic removal and a full set and they turned out exactly how I wanted! Very quick and everyone was so nice and helpful and I will definitely go back!

Such a good service. The nail techs took pride in doing a good job, didn't rush like many other salons do, and reasonable prices. They even offered nail art and gave me a cold bottle of water. I wish I was local so I could come here more!

Every time I've been in this shop before its been great except this one man that works there clearly doesn't care about what he's doing and because of that badly damaged my natural nails when putting on acrylics. He filed my natural nail down to the point of being able to see the nail bed. Hurt a bunch as well as now I've got them off my natural nails are ruined. Every other staff member I've interacted with has been lovely and otherwise a great shop.

I was told a take off of my acrylics was £7 and then half way through they told me it would be £10 I told them I was going to go somewhere else then they changed it to £7 but when they took my £10 they gave me £1 change. Be careful here they tell you a price then change it.Reply from below comment: no I said I want take off acrylics I never said gel. You clearly just wanted to make money off me when I clearly said if it isn’t £7 then I will go to Apple who do it for £7 then you took them off and then changed the price. This is not acceptable, no one told me that I would be paying £10 for taking off the nails and whether it’s £3 or £10 difference it is the principle. I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend you to anyone.
