Yoga a la vida (Camila Rodríguez)

I was a yoga novice when I joined Cami´s class three months ago. After the first class I could barely walk the next day, but since then the improvement to my fitness and flexibilty has been dramatic. Cami is a talented teacher and brings such a positive energy to each class that is rare to find. I leave each class feeling completely energised and revitalised. If you´re thinking about trying yoga for the first time or just want to try a new, friendly class with great energy then I couldn´t recommend trying Cami´s classes highly enough.

I started yoga with Cami about a year ago and I can’t believe how far I have come, how hard Cami pushes me and what I am capable of! Cami is wonderfully patient, very friendly and calm but most of all she is passionate about her skill - yoga! Yoga is a major part of her life, she wholly believes in it and her enthusiasm is contagious. I am really pleased I met her, am grateful for what she has bought to my life & I look forward to learning so much more. I would highly recommend this super-skilled, very lovely lady.
