100 Power Pilates & Wellness Studio

The studio is a beautiful safe haven! Coming here is a joy and I always feel just the right amount of challenged by the sessions on the reformer. I hadn’t tried it before but I felt comfortable instantly! You’re always welcomed inside with a smile which just makes the whole experience so positive :)

An absolutely beautiful new Pilates studio in the heart of Chester! The team are so helpful and incredibly welcoming and the instructors always ensure to flex the session to your ability, whilst challenging when they know you can push just a little further. The studio offers top notch equipment and a variety of classes throughout the day - I’d recommend to anyone looking to incorporate Pilates into their workout routine. Very thankful to have found 100 Pilates!

It was such a pleasure to finally get inside this gorgeous new studio and try Reformer Pilates for the first time. I had a 1-1 session with Carla in order to gain my confidence and ensure I work on and meet my goals, which was incredible. Carla is super supportive and encouraging and I have already booked my next session!
