I went for a skin treatment, after few sessions I didn’t like it as the machine wasn’t working properly, used the wrong jell and sparks came out. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I decided to cancel the rest of the sessions and receive my money back of maybe different treatment. I called them they said someone will call you. It tool few weeks till someone called, I explained the problem to her, she said she will speak to her manager and call me tomorrow, it has been almost three weeks and they didn’t call back. I called again and they said the same thing and nobody called till now. Absolutely unprofessional way of dealing with customers.

Hi… I brought a HydraFacial package last year, I had my first treatment earlier this year and I wasn’t to impressed. But Because I had booked the package of three which I didn’t want to lose, I booked another appointment with a different lady called Pat, who was fantastic, her knowledge was very good and this time I felt I difference in my skin. I will be definitively be coming back.

Had a large skin tag removed off my eyelid and a mole removed from my cheek. Mr Odeke was amazing. From consultation to procedure he was kind and explained the procedure to me. Thank you to the nurse who was in the room. Would not hesitate to recommend Mr Odeke or the clinic.

Everything was so easy to arrange and everyone was very polite, attentive and helpful, beginning with my initial contact on the phone to Emma on the front desk and finishing with the Surgeon and his assistant.I cannot recommend highly enough.Thank you.Update, just been back to have my stitches removed and the nurse who done it was amazing, careful and attentive, she even helped me off the bed because I had a bad back.

Im always very satisfied with my treatment as my therapist lee-anne listens to my concerns and always gives me an informed answer . Whether its about my body changing (im in my fifties), or the effect of treatment or changing the settings up or down or just making me feel completely at ease. I dont know how your other therapists are,although they all seem friendly. But i love how lee-anne does her job and is a credit to your company. She has reassured me about my laser treatment on my various enquiries even about male treatments. She has made me feel safe in going forward with future treatments. Thankyou.

Attending for acne consultation. Booked in told them what creams I already had and antibiotics I was already on from the doctor were not working, I also told them it has slightly cleared up so it isn’t the worst its been and was told to still come in. Got there welcomed by the most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. Got taken into a room which looked like a horrible university looking wet room to be told my skin looks fine and there’s nothing wrong with it, even though I was told to still come in. I showed her pictures and all my chemical creams I was on and was told there was nothing more she could do. Which completely wasted my time for a 30 min travel there and back. I came to see a dermatologist as I wanted to go private due to the wait being too long not private. Waste of time and not helpful information! Was also told only acid peels will help acne so take this advice and don’t waste your time cos that is what they will tell you!

staff are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable. good client service provided by therapists. i visit the Harborne branch in birmingham and have had very positive experiences so far. i was initially very apprehensive due to pain tolerance but the team ensure I am happy always. Would deffo recommend to family / friends.

Until 4 weeks ago I would have said Sk:n harborne road is great and I would definitely recommend it.However since 12th August, I would now have to say I wouldn’t wish to return there. And I most definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.I’ve been a customer since 1998 and never have I had to default on the cost of treatment - over a course of two week I cancelled a day before treatment and for the second I was in hospital - no signal therefore was unable to cancel and to fair it wasn’t a priority to me given the health needs being addressed in hospital were of greater importance.Policy and process work both ways- which seems to be a concept that the clinic only want to adhere to when it involves retaining clients payment without the treatment. I have made 4 attempts to ask the clinic to reconsider my two sessions that they have taken payment for. I have explained what happened on both occasions.To date I still haven’t had a response from the clinic manager nor any one from the contact team. I will have the 5th attempt on Monday. Which takes me beyond 4 weeks of chasing.Ironically to raise a complaint I need to talk to the clinic manager, according to the call contact centre - which presents a significiant problem as the clinic manager appears to have been aloof for 4 weeks so far. So I don’t see that as an appropriate route. There is no contact details for escalating a concern. Which is why I have resulted in putting this review on here.The staff who I have conversed with over the 4 weeks - have contradicted themselves in the messages they have been providing me in the absence of the clinic manager.Which is misleading.

‘the UK’s leading award winning skin clinics’It feels absolutely criminal for this company to make this claim. I am so disappointed with the way I have been dealt with and reading some of the other reviews, I understand that other customers have been let down the same way I have and I relate to their dismay.Firstly, the consultation was £100 to prescribe me antibiotics (which your GP will do for free) but price is not the concern when visiting who you think is one of the best in the ukSecondly, out of six visits they sent me away THREE TIMES as they had messed up my appointments, “You’re not booked in for today” “You’re not showing up on the system” “What are you in for?” Bearing in mind it is an hour journey for me and I shaved my beard off expecting a skin peel all for nothing.On the last occasion I was due in for my third and final skin peel, I arrived at Harborne road only for the staff to say that they don’t have the chemicals to do my procedure and asked if I could wait A COUPLE OF HOURS for the delivery to arrive. I agreed and waited, only for them to tell me that they were sorry, the delivery didn’t arrive therefore couldn’t complete the work, she asked if she could call back when they have the chemicals back in stock and this was 3 months ago , bearing in mind that I paid for the full course which I believe was £297 for 3 sessions.And finally, something I feel is worth mentioning, on the last occasion I was at Harborne road, I received a car parking fine for £100 as I never entered my vehicle registration on the computer when walking in, I should have remembered to enter it but I was side tracked by conversation before I even got to the desk “we don’t have anyone booked in for an hour, you're an hour early” so I said “I will be back” and turned around but I do feel I should’ve been remindedFor me I feel like a lot of time, effort, money and hope has been wasted and I am very unhappy with the service
