Jodie was absolutely amazing during the process of buying our first home. She always responded to emails really quickly and answered all questions we had. Even when Jodie had a week off and there was an issue with the handing over of the keys, Claire stepped in and gor it all sorted right away. Thank you both so much. We used A2 for a property sale. It was a long process due to buyer pull outs, land registry query and other delays, but A2 were always on hand and always on top of what was happening.Thank you to Rachel, Rebecca and Claire who all dealt with our sale at times, and to the other team members who I didn't directly deal with. No worries about depth of support or cover.Would recommend A2 for property matters.

Selling House - Rachel was very responsive throughout (I emailed quite a lot and she was always very friendly/polite/informative and never made it seem like any questions were ‘silly’!). I explained at the start of the process that this sale process may have some additional challenges and indeed it did. Paul reassured me that it was nothing he hadn’t seen before and it wouldn’t be a problem. As expected we did encounter one or two hurdles along the way but we still managed to complete in a short period of time due to Paul’s experience and professionalism.
