Wonderful treatment and Dr Harley was a legend. Thorough, knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to you and kind. I can’t recommend him enough. The Mcindoe Center was lovely also and the staff extremely sweet and caring. A fabulous place if you are looking for this sort of surgery.

Excellent professional service. Was treated/consulted by Mr Elalfy Mohamed and his assistant technician in the ophthalmology department. They were both very accomodating and knowledgable; felt that every element of the treatment was done right first time, there was no second guessing whatsoever. Was aslo impressed with the infrasturcture and facility at a glance; very clean and well organised. Highly recommended.

I recently had a procedure here and cannot praise the centre enough.From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable.The receptionist. Debbie. The nurses. Porters. The lady who brought me a cup of tea. Cleaners. Theatre staff. Mr Pickford.All were so pleasant and friendly.Everything was explained to me before and after.I would thoroughly recommend the McIndoe Centre.

I am currently at the centre awaiting my son who has had his ACL repaired.The nurses and medical team are excellent. They are exceptionally attentive and supportive of a very precious parent (me). As someone mentioned previously this is not ordinarily what we would experience on the nhs.I am very grateful for the outstanding care and exceptional service.Thank you all.

I have had many cosmetic procedures over the last few years at different hospitals so I have some good comparisons... the care I received at the McIndoe has definitely been the best so far.The staff were really, really lovely. The processes, from pre-op through to follow-ups, all felt really thorough and professional. Communication was great from beginning to end. I just felt generally well looked after and made to feel comfortable at all times - never an inconvenience.If I could suggest an improvement then the catering standard could be a little higher. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, I have just had better elsewhere.Thank you to all the nurses and theatre staff who took care of me.

The surgery was great but the aftercare is appalling the noise is unbearable staff loudly laughing and joking no chance of sleeping and complaining goes on deaf ears !!

After seeing another one of The Mclndoe Centre surgeons Dr Martin Jones, I can gladly say my faith in plastic surgery has been restored. He is amazing. I couldn't ask for a more. He has sent me for tests and is continuing to support me with my breast augmentation. He has to be the best breast surgeon I have met, and he works at the Mclndoe centre. I'm still unhappy with the rhinoplasty I had done hear, but that is something I hope to deal with this year.

I recently had breast reconstruction surgery under the wonderful care of Martin Jones. From the moment I was admitted to discharge I was totally looked after. Every single person made me feel valued, safe and respected.

I had breast augmentation surgery on the 5th Oct at the McIndoe Centre and firstly I cannot express how amazing Dr Martin Jones is! Wow, after the first consultation I completely trusted him and knew he understood my end goal. I am so happy with the results so far and how well I have healed. Thank you! secondly I must also thank the nurse who went out of her way to make sure I was well looked after during my stay which was Jessie (I think I have spelt wrong) but she was amazing. Her company was really appreciated while I was waiting for my surgery and the nerves were kicking in! nothing was a problem for her. Thank you!
